Evidence for moving organization administration out of personal Settings and aligning the visible members admin surface with Claude.

Implemented Decisions

Profile dropdown now includes Organization settings.
Personal Settings no longer has an Access tab; it has an Organization entry with an external-link affordance.
Organization settings live at /admin-settings/members with Team overview and Members sections.
Member invitations and Approval mode are no longer visible admin controls because Claude did not show them.
Seat tier controls are visibly disabled and tooltip-marked because tier mutation is not backed by the server yet.
